Answering "yes" to this means you are a gay woman. The fact that you are reading this makes it even more likely that you are gay. Potentially you can either be bi-sexual or homosexual. Whether you are bi-sexual or purely homosexual makes no difference to the terminology "gay".

Being a gay woman means you are open to the idea of having sex with another woman. Of course, this definition doesn't relate to pornography since there are many straight actors willing to have sex with another man as a way of making money and a career for themselves. 

The word "homosexual" is defined as - a person whose sexual preference is members of the same sex. Female homosexuals are usually referred to as lesbians, and males as gay. Wikipedia defines homosexuality as - a romantic and/or sexual attraction or behavior among members of the same sex or gender. As a sexual orientation, homosexuality refers to "an enduring pattern of or disposition to experience sexual, affectional, or romantic attractions primarily or only to" people of the same sex; "it also refers to an individual’s sense of personal and social identity based on those attractions, behaviors expressing them, and membership in a community of others who share them."

The simple answer is, if girls turn you on then you are gay!
